You can contact our claims department via email at admin@sacredlife.co.za or whatsapp us at 0842351572 Ensure that all documents submitted are clear and visible if photos are taken.
Claims will be paid out within 48 working hours after all clear documents are received.
The following documents must be submitted with a claim:
- Certified ID copy of Principal member
- Certified ID copy of the deceased
- Filled in Claim Form
- Make sure Claim form is signed - You can send all documents electronically, make sure all copies are clear and that names and id numbers correspond.
There are no limits to the number of times you can claim, as long as the individual is covered, their premiums are up to date, the members have served their waiting and all paperwork is in order.
There is no limit to the number of extended family members that can be covered under Sacred Life.
Sacred Life offers Repatriation services within South Africa’s borders. However we can assist the family in getting the body back to SA at an additional cost.
